Return Policy
All Harlan Leather Co products are offered as part of our final atelier clearance at significantly reduced prices. As such, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on sale items.
Due to the nature of genuine leather goods, each bag develops its own unique character over time. For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we are unable to accept returns on leather products that have been opened or handled.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your bag arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Contact us at leather@harlanleatherco.com with a photo of the issue and we will send you a replacement at no cost.
Wrong Item Received
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us at leather@harlanleatherco.com. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Cancel Your Order
You have 30 minutes to cancel your order after placing it. After this period, your order has already entered our fulfillment process and can no longer be cancelled. To cancel, send an email to leather@harlanleatherco.com within the first 30 minutes.
